We can’t get enough of taking a peek inside the luxurious homes of A-list celebrities, whether it’s Kendrick Lamar’s Brentwood mansion or Gwyneth Paltrow’s recently-sold LA estate. But when it comes to real estate taste, few couples compare to Beyoncé and Jay-Z. Over the years, they’ve invested hundreds of millions into their dream properties, often collaborating with renowned architects to find hidden gems on both the East and West Coasts.

While Beyoncé and Jay-Z have bought and sold several properties, including a church in New Orleans and a Manhattan penthouse, we’re most intrigued by the homes they currently call home. Here’s a look at where this ultimate power couple spends their time.

Beyoncé and Jay-Z’s coastal estate is perched on an eight-acre bluff overlooking the Pacific Ocean in the exclusive Paradise Cove area, also known as ‘Billionaires’ Row.’ In 2023, they made headlines by purchasing a $200 million mansion in Malibu, which survived the recent LA wildfires. The 30,000-square-foot home, designed by renowned architect Tadao Ando, features his signature concrete-and-glass style. The home’s museum-like interiors include floor-to-ceiling windows and several pools, offering sweeping views of the ocean below.

In 2017, the couple acquired a nearly 19,000-square-foot mansion in Bel-Air for $88 million. Designed by architect Paul McClean, the modern estate boasts eight bedrooms, 15 bathrooms, a 15-car garage, and a basketball court, along with expansive outdoor spaces and multiple pools. One of the standout features is a stunning spiral staircase carved from a single piece of wood. The annual property taxes on the estate reportedly near $1 million.

In the upscale Tribeca neighborhood of New York City, Jay-Z purchased a penthouse in 2004 for $6.8 million. It was in this very home that Beyoncé and Jay-Z tied the knot in 2008. The penthouse, located at 195 Hudson Street, includes an elegant balcony and boasts famous neighbors like Hailey and Justin Bieber. A three-bedroom, two-bath unit in the building recently sold for $6.6 million, according to the New York Post.

Beyoncé and Jay-Z do summer in the Hamptons like no one else. The couple spent $25.9 million on an East Hampton compound called the Pond House, originally listed at $35.9 million in 2009. Designed by renowned architect Stanford White, the 12,000-square-foot property includes seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, and classic details such as parquet floors, marble bathtubs, and 18th-century fireplaces. The estate overlooks Georgica Pond, offering them a peaceful retreat with both an outdoor pool and direct access to the water.
